Refund & Return Policy

According to EU law, we offer a refund within 14 days after you receive your order.
Your right of withdrawal begins on the day you or a third party nominated by you takes possession of the goods.

before returning the goods that you wish to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form at the end of this section, but it is not mandatory.

Return & Exchanges
★Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
★Shipping costs are not refunded, and return shipping must be covered by the customer.
★A valid tracking number is required to confirm return shipment, unless stated differently during E-mail.
★Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are made to customer specifications or are personalized. This especially applies to necklaces and jewelry made as “commissioned” items—custom made for the customer—as well as crocheted products that are made-to-order.

!Important!
As a small business, frequent returns hurt us financially and environmentally. We reserve the right to refuse service (or even blacklist) if:
★ Multiple refunds are requested in a short time
★ A chargeback is filed without contacting us first
★ You ignore our pre-order info or shipping timelines and then dispute charges
★ You open a dispute after receiving tracking, without contacting us
