2. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through our online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to submit an order. By completing the ordering process, you submit a binding purchase offer. You will then receive an order confirmation by email.

4. Prices & Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices according to §19 UStG (small business regulation – no VAT charged).
All prices shown online exclude shipping costs.
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is made in advance via the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g., PayPal, credit card).

6. Delivery
Shipping is made from Germany via DHL or Deutsche Post.
The delivery time can be found on our shipping information page.
Customs duties or import taxes for international orders are to be borne by the buyer.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a right of withdrawal within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or personalized products (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns are only possible after prior contact.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
Refunds are made only after receipt and inspection of the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Personalized goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Liability
The statutory provisions apply. We are only liable for slight negligence in case of breach of essential contractual obligations.

11. Dispute Resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
