IN-STOCK ITEM
Orders ship from Marl, Germany (Monday - Friday). Please allow 4-7 business days for processing, as i am a single person handling this small business. (˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶)
PRE-ORDERS
If your order includes pre-order items, everything will ship together once the last pre-order item arrives. If you want your in-stock items sooner, please place a seperate order.
Tracking & Delivery
Orders include tracking, if you chose the tracking option, they will be send via email (DHL or Deutsche Post)
Tracking may be delayed, especially during air/sea transit or customs processing. Please monitor your tracking number regularly.
Custom Fees & Delays
International customers are responsible for any customs/import taxes.
We cannot refund shipping fees for packages that are delayed or returned due to unpaid customs.

Germany : 3-10 business days (can take up to 2 weeks)
EU : 1-2 weeks
USA: 2-4 weeks
Canada : 3-5 weeks
Australia : 4-8 weeks
Asia & Africa : ~8weeks
Delays may occur due to customs, holidays or local postal issues - these are out of our control.
Problems with Delivery?
Please contact your local post office if your package is delayed - they're best quipped to help. Shipping fees / Items are non-refundable.
